Apply to dry hair that has been washed with shampoo and conditioner. Take a thumbnail-sized scoop and work into dry palms until evenly spread across both hands. Apply a small amount to the fringe area using fingertips, then work from the back of the head forwards, spreading evenly throughout the hair. Style as desired using fingers or a comb.
