MASC ships to Canadian and International addresses. *Due to new U.S. import regulations, MASC has paused shipping to the United States (see below for more). 

FREE SHIPPING: 

Free shipping is offered for: 
  • Orders shipping to Canadian addresses totalling $125+ (before applicable taxes and after discounts)
  • Our free shipping offer does not cover multiple shipments. If an item in your order is out of stock and you would like the available items shipped immediately shipping charges will apply for the backordered items.
  • Our free shipping method is typically Canada Post, but we do sometimes use alternate shipping methods depending on cost. If you prefer to not have your order handled by Canada Post, please choose either Fedex (available across Canada), or Trexity (same day delivery available in the lower mainland only). Our free shipping is not available for alternate shipping methods which are substantially higher than Canada Post.
  • Other shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost

ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA

  • Orders less than $125 (before applicable taxes and after discounts) pay only $12.99 shipping.
  • Orders $125+ (before applicable taxes and after discounts) ship FREE
  • Our $12.00 flate rate shipping method is typically Canada Post, but we do sometimes use alternate shipping methods depending on cost. If you prefer to not have your order handled by Canada Post, please choose either Fedex (available across Canada), or Trexity (same day delivery available in the lower mainland only).
  • Other shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost

SAME-DAY DELIVERY VIA TREXITY

We offer same day delivery for most orders in the lower mainland with Trexity. Your order needs to be placed before 12pm PST weekdays for same day delivery. On weekends, the order needs to be placed by 10am PST. A same day delivery rate will be displayed at checkout if your area is eligible.

🚫 ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A.

** Effective August 29th, the U.S. ended it's long-standing "de minimis" exemption which previously allowed items valued under $800 USD to ender duty-free. Now, all shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, face mandatory tariffs and must be handled via formal customs process. 

These changes introduce:

  • Mandatory duties, sometimes ranging from 10%-50%, or flat fees of $80 - $200 per parcel
  • Prepaid duties at origin, including formal documentation and a Declaration ID before carriers like Canada Post can ship your package
  • Significant complexity and cost, especially for small businesses

Because of all this, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shipping to the U.S. until the situation changes or becomes more streamlined. 

We know this is disappointing for our U.S. customers but rest assured we will continue to evaluate solutions that preserve transparency, affordability, and the MASC experience you trust.  

ORDERS SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

Orders shipping to all other destinations are subject to the shipping charge calculated at checkout. Canada Post Small Packet Air can range anywhere from 6 business days, to up to 2 months for delivery. These delivery times are an estimate only and not guaranteed; orders may take longer to be delivered. There is no tracking information for Small Packet Air. We are not liable for orders shipped by Canada Post Small Packet Air, they are shipped at your own risk.

NOTE: These rates are subject to change without notice. MASC makes every effort to get your order to you as fast as possible, however, MASC does not guarantee on-time delivery of any order as carrier delays or other events which may occur once the order has left our hands are beyond our control.

TAXES & DUTIES

  • Orders shipping to Canadian addresses are charged the applicable GST or HST based on destination province, and are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • There are no taxes or duties collected at checkout on orders shipping to the U.S.A and other international destinations. Any taxes or duties charged upon entry of the order in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. *If a parcel is refused because you do not wish to pay the taxes and duties and it is returned to us as a result, you will be refunded once we receive the order, less the shipping costs billed to us by the carrier, and the original shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

ORDER PROCESSING 

We ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on holidays and/or weekends usually ship on the following business day.

Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.

Note: delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two. 

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS 

If, for any reason Canada Post corrects your provided shipping address they will apply a charge to your shipping cost which we will add to your order. Please note that we will do this independently of our free shipping offer. If Canada Post returns your package to us due to an incorrect address, the customer pays all shipping costs to re-ship customers package to corrected address or pays for actual shipping costs of initial shipment.

 

ORDER VERIFICATION & ACCURACY

For your protection and ours, all orders are carefully packed, photographed, and weighed prior to shipping. This helps to ensure that what you ordered is exactly what arrives.  This ensures accuracy and fairness for all customers and protects us from fraudulent claims on non-receipt of products. If you believe that there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately with photos of your packaging. Our team will review all claims against our verification records. If your order included Onward Shipping Protection Insurance, all claims must be made through Onward by you. Please note that as a small business, fraudulent claims are taken seriously and are escalated to proper authorities and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) when necessary. Mail theft is a criminal offence under Section 356 of the Criminal Code of Canada, investigated by Canada Post Security and law enforcement, and tracked nationally through organizations such as the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC). Convictions can result in severe penalties. We are prepared to escalate such matters and file a formal police report if needed.
