MASC guarantees that your personal information is safe and secure. Each transaction processed utilizes the latest industry standards for secure online credit card processing. Secure servers and SSL protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the entire ordering process. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
For your security, credit card information is never stored at MASC and is never accepted via email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover. You can also pay with Apple Pay, your PayPal account or a Visa Debit Card if you don't have a credit card. In addition, you can also choose to pay by Afterpay or Sezzle.
Privacy Policy: Disclosure of Information
When you submit and order through shopmasc.com or with a MASC Team Member, you are granting MASC permission to transmit the required information to necessary third parties for the completion of your order. However, MASC does not share, sell, or rent any identifying information to any third party for use other than to process your order. This commitment to your privacy also includes our email address databases: at no time will MASC share, sell or rent our email database to any third party.

These measures protect you by guaranteeing accuracy, and they protect us by preventing fraudulent claims. Customers attempting to take advantage of the system by making false claims will be flagged and reported to the appropriate watchdog organizations and may be subject to further investigation.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Information we collect. If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of your consent to receive text messages (including when, where and how you opted in), and information about your interactions with our text messages, such as replies, link clicks and opt-out requests.
How we use it. We use your mobile phone number to send you recurring promotional and order-related text messages, such as offers, cart reminders and order updates. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of items you add to your shopping cart, including when a cart is left without completing a purchase, and we may use this information to determine when to send you a cart reminder by text. We also keep a record of your consent and any opt-out request so we can respect your choices and comply with applicable law.
Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and aggregators that assist us in delivering text messages to you, such as our messaging platform provider and wireless carriers. These service providers may use this information only to provide services to us. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Storage outside Canada. Our service providers may store and process your information in the United States or other countries outside Canada. While there, your information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of those countries under their laws.
Retention. We keep your mobile number and consent record for as long as you are subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
Your choices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance.
