Silvertip Synthetic fibres in a hand-polished handle. The Supply Shaving Brush whips a thicker, warmer lather than canned foam, lifts the beard before the blade reaches it, and dries fast between shaves.
No badger. No animal hair. No bristle shedding into the sink.
Available in Matte Black and Classic Matte. Loft: 50mm. Dimensions: 4.25" tall x 2" wide at the bristle tip.
Who's It For
Anyone using a real shaving cream or soap - traditional English creams, concentrated creams, or soap pucks. The brush is what turns a concentrated cream into a proper lather. If you're using canned foam, the can is doing that work already. If you've switched to a quality cream and are still just rubbing it on with your fingers, you're leaving most of it behind.
Key Benefits
- Silvertip Synthetic fibres - soft tips with firm backbone, matching high-grade badger on water retention and softness without the animal material or the odour
- Lifts beard hairs away from the skin before the blade, giving the razor a cleaner target
- Whips air into shaving cream to build a denser, warmer lather than finger application
- Fast-drying synthetic fibres - won't develop odour when stored wet
- No shedding - fibres hold their shape over years of use
- Cruelty-free and vegan - no animal material in the bristles, no animal testing
- Hand-polished handle in Matte Black and Classic Matte
How To Use
- Wet the bristles with warm water and shake off the excess
- Work a small amount of shaving cream or soap into the bristles - a pea-sized amount for cream, or load from a soap puck for 20-30 seconds
- Build lather in a bowl or directly on the face using circular strokes - the air whipped in is what creates the volume
- Apply to the face in circular motions to lift the beard before shaving
- After use, rinse thoroughly and either air-dry bristles down on a stand, or lay flat - do not store bristles-up while wet
- With normal use, the brush should last several years before bristles splay and won't return to shape.
Why MASC Recommends This
A good shaving brush is what makes a concentrated shaving cream actually work. Supply's Silvertip Synthetic matches high-grade badger on water retention and lather quality, without the ethical concerns or the odour that comes from storing wet natural bristles. The fast-drying synthetic fibres and straightforward construction make it a practical daily tool - not a collector's piece that lives in a drawer.
