It's made for medium to coarse hair that needs maximum control, and it excels at dry, messy, textured looks that need to last all day without touch-ups. For strong hold with more shine, the Blue Pomade is the better fit. For a lighter hold with a similar matte finish, look at the Clay Matte Pomade.

Put a small amount in your palm and emulsify it between your hands. Work it thoroughly through towel-dried hair, then style as desired. Start with a little: this is a strong formula, and you can always add more.
Extreme Hold is what we reach for when someone says nothing works on their hair. It gives you serious hold without the shine, and it still rinses out at the end of the day, which isn't a given at this hold level.
