    Very soothing.

I've really come to rely on this product. At first I was a little thrown off by the scent. Not that it's bad at all but I've always used aftershave balms which provided a scent, whereas this product doesn't really. The ingredients on the front (aloe, sage, and lavender) sum up what it smells like, though the smell is very mild and pleasant. As for the most important part, the actual performance, it's great. It cools and soothes the face without drying it out. Even on those rushed mornings where i leave my face in less than ideal shape, this stuff leaves me feeling fine. The one issue I have with it is that it makes my face a little bit sticky and shiny for a while. This fades, but not as quickly as it would using a balm or a splash. For those having to buy online it's a good bet because you don't have to worry about getting stuck with a scent you can't stand, it's very mild (the lavender is probably the most prominent scent) and fades quickly anyways. Though for those who want an aftershave that doubles as a fragrance, you will probably want to find a splash of some kind to throw on afterwards. I see this product being in my stable for a long time.
