Made in Seki City, Japan - the same region that produces some of the world's finest cutlery. The Supply Black Label Blades are high-carbon stainless steel, twice as thick as a standard razor blade, and coated with chromium and PTFE for a smoother, longer-lasting edge.
Eight blades per magazine. About three months of shaving. You never touch the blade - the QuickLoad injector seats it in two seconds. The Black Label is the everyday blade for the Single Edge SE. Sharp enough for a clean shave, forgiving enough for shavers still dialling in their angle and pressure.
Who's It For
Anyone using the Supply Single Edge SE - from first-week shavers building their technique to experienced users who want a reliable, consistent everyday blade. If you're new to the SE, start here. If you've been on the SE for a while and want a sharper option, the Platinum Label is the next step.
Key Benefits
- Twice as thick as standard razor blades - less flex, cleaner cut, longer edge life
- Chromium + PTFE coating for a smoother glide and more shaves before the edge dulls
- 8 blades per injector magazine - roughly three months at five to six shaves per week
- QuickLoad design: magazine slides into the razor head, blade seats itself - no exposed edge, no bare-blade handling
- Built-in used-blade slot in the back of the magazine - safe disposal as you go, recycle the whole magazine when it's empty
- Non-proprietary injector format - available from Supply and other specialty retailers
- Made in Seki City, Japan - one of the world's premier blade-making regions
How To Use
- Insert the key end of the magazine into the QuickLoad slot on the Single Edge SE head
- Push the slider toward the razor - the blade seats itself automatically
- No exposed edge at any point during loading
- Shave as normal - replace the blade when you feel the first sign of tugging or pulling
- Insert used blades into the slot on the back of the magazine as you go
- When the magazine is empty, recycle the whole unit
Why MASC Recommends This
Supply makes its own blades to a higher thickness spec than standard injector blades, and sources them from Seki City - a region with a centuries-long tradition in blade-making. The QuickLoad magazine is a genuine safety improvement over bare-blade loading systems, and the built-in disposal slot means you're not improvising a sharps container. For SE owners, keeping a pack on hand is part of maintaining the system.
