Apply to dry hair that has been washed with shampoo and conditioner. Work a small amount into dry palms and spread evenly across both hands. Apply a small amount to the fringe area using fingertips, then work from the back of the head forwards, spreading evenly throughout the hair. Comb or rake through to shape, lifting as you go for extra volume and height in the fringe.
