Olfactory Family: Woody Floral Spicy

NOTES: 

• Top Notes:
• Bergamot: Bright and citrusy with a distinctively fruity and slightly floral aroma, commonly used in perfumery to add a zesty and aromatic touch to compositions.
• Black Pepper: Spicy, fresh, peppery, woody, dry and slightly animalic.
• Mid Notes:
• Rosewood: A warm and woody fragrance with sweet and floral undertones, reminiscent of rose petals and a touch of spice.
• Ginger: Spicy and peppery with fresh notes and a noble, lemon-like effect.
• Base Notes:
• Resin: A rich and balsamic scent with warm, amber-like notes, evoking a sense of deep, earthy sweetness.

INSPIRATION:

Near the base of Mount Rainier in Washington State lies Narada Falls. It’s an easy hike off the main road—so short that one barely has time to prepare for the beauty of it all.

High above the trail’s end, the Paradise River drops 160 feet straight down a volcanic rock cliff wall, gathering in a pool before making a second drop and continuing the river’s run

While it is beautiful in summer, during the winter the upper falls freeze over, creating an amazing sight to behold, massive vertical sheets of ice surrounded by dense evergreens and dark stone.

This remarkable juxtaposition of the natural elements was the inspiration for Narada. The fragrance opens with warm notes of Bergamot, Black Pepper, and Cardamom, before gently unfolding to reveal rich and sensuous notes of Rosewood, Ginger Root, and Resin.

Much like the remarkable waterfall for which it is named, Narada seems to be constantly changing, becoming more distinct, complex, and entrancing the longer you contemplate it.

EXTRAIT DE PARFUM

F&R's customers asked, and they finally delivered. After ten years of producing the best Solid Fragrances around, Fulton & Roark is offering Extraits for the first time. And, as usual, theyre defying some expectations. Each of their fragrances is formulated at an Extrait de Parfum level, which means a much higher fragrance concentration than most offerings on the market. Rather than the 5-10% concentration of an Eau de toilette (EDT) or even the 10-20% concentration levels of an Eau de Parfum,  F&R's concentration levels for each scent are 25-30%. The result means a long-lasting, deeply nuanced fragrance with amazing longevity. And of course, just a little goes a long way.
