Fulton & Roark Solid Cologne is a highly-concentrated wax-based fragrance that is long-lasting and steady wearing. Its rugged, shatterproof design can go anywhere, from your gym bag to your pocket. Built for the way men operate.
"CITRUS" - Green Citrus, Wild Rockrose, Salt Water
Inspired by the Southwestern Florida island of the same name, Captiva is a fragrance that is sure to leave an impression. The citrus aromatic fragrance features top notes of bergamot and citron that open to highlight wild rockrose. The result is a fresh yet assertive scent perfect for each season.
"FRESH" - Madagascana Geranium and Oak Moss complemented with notes of fresh water.
Initially released as F&R's first limited reserve offering, Clearwater started with their discovery of Madagascan Geranium. The flower grown off the coast of Southern Africa has a rich, green fragrance. But unlike its Egyptian and North American cousins, the Madagascan variety has a bold, masculine quality that makes it a perfect centrepiece for a modern man’s cologne. Notes of fresh water and oakmoss are complemented with wood and clean citrus. The resulting fragrance is reminiscent of the Clearwater River in Washington state, rushing from the Olympic Mountains toward the sea.
"CLASSIC" - Fresh & green with light spice.
This cologne gets its name from Hatteras Island, a long thin island that stretches for nearly 50 miles. Known as a sports paradise, the island is home to gorgeous beaches, and its marlin-filled waters are perfect for sport fishing. Windsurfing and kite boarding are also popular pastimes on Hatteras. This lively location feels American to its core, and it’s why they chose to name their classic and sporty fragrance in its honour.
"BRIGHT" - Brazilian Pepper, Cedarwood, Magnolia
What makes a man intriguing? It’s a delicate balance of a few things—a quality of character that is not entirely understood and at the same time not completely unfamiliar. He is confident but never brash, concise in speech but not terse, and precise with his actions but not meticulous. The same could be said for a great men’s fragrance.
Like its namesake, the fragrance of Palmetto is both warm and welcoming while carrying an air of mystery. The clean and citrusy top notes give way to pink pepper spice and magnolia flower, complemented with lingering notes of incense and cedar. This intricate fragrance is ideal as a Spring and Summer scent, but with its approachable complexity, it may just become your new year-round signature cologne.
"CEDAR" - Atlas Cedar, Neroli, Amber
On the coast of Oregon, 800 feet above the crashing ocean waves below, is the peak of Cape Perpetua. Though heavily forested with enormous evergreens, openings provide miles-long views of the ocean and its jagged coast. While the beauty of Perpetua’s forest would be noteworthy on its own, the fact that it is surrounded by the sea makes it truly spectacular.
Like its namesake, our latest Limited Reserve fragrance is noteworthy for the way two elements so unexpectedly intersect.
The cologne opens with a deep blend of Cedarwood and Mahogany, which is offset with clean and bright notes of neroli, bergamot, jasmine and amber. The result is a fresh and inviting fragrance that is somehow also sturdy and complex.
"WOOD" - A sophisticated blend of sandalwood and warm amber.
Shackleford draws its name from Shackleford Banks. Part of North Carolina’s famed Outer Banks, this small island is famous for its wild horses that have roamed the beach for centuries. The area has also become a popular campsite for adventurous tourists. This untamed paradise seemed like a fitting namesake for their warm and rich wood fragrance.
"TOBACCO" - Tobacco, Leather, Vanilla
Sterling is F&R's homage to the rich and complex fragrance that is tobacco. The aromatic blend opens with warm and sweet tobacco, which gives way to smooth leather and is completed with notes of dark amber and vanilla. The resulting fragrance is assertive but not aggressive, possessing masculinity without machismo.
They named the latest limited reserve after Mount Sterling in the Western Mountains of North Carolina. While not easily accessible, the hike to the top of the abandoned fire tower on the mountain's peak is worth the effort. F&R believes that like Mount Sterling, the experience of Sterling will be well worth the wait.
"CLEAN" - A brisk white musk accented with rosewood and cedar.
Tybee Island, off the coast of Georgia and very near Savannah, is known for its lack of pretense. This is an island where people enjoy themselves, plain and simple. These days, its shores are lined with family cottages, tastefully modest condos, and friendly faces. But during the Industrial Revolution, Tybee developed a reputation for its clean salt air, making it a top destination for city dwellers looking for a respite from the smog at home. That’s why the F&R scent that they’ve dubbed “clean” feels like a perfect fit for the name “Tybee.” It’s fresh, clean and bright – just like its namesake.
