First time trying a mineral sunscreen and I really don't recommend it. It doesn't spread evenly on your body and there's a residual thick primer like coat that won't go away. The issue I have with it is since it doesn't spread well I got 2 sunburns in random little spots (feet and ears) and they were covered with the sunscreen but since it's not easily spreadable even though I spent some time I still managed to get sunburnt. I switched back to a natural one the rest of the trip and didn't have any issue. Is it a good sunblock? sure. Overall does it do the job? not at all...
Nice consistency. Doesn’t leave a white film.
I am new to the natural sunscreen game and I won't be going back. This goes on a bit thick but leaves you protected and does not leave you feeling greasy. Chemical sunscreens often left my skin irritated, this mineral one from Salt and Stone does not.
Skin gets moisturized and protected from sun!
I mix it with the Salt & Stone Hydrating Facial Lotion for extra protection from damaging UV. Non-greasy and absorbs well.
