A contemporary soft liquorish perfume filled with the vitality and character of El Born... 

The winding cobbled streets flow seamlessly into the old stones of the medieval times, witness of Barcelona’s history. Plants and flowers tumble down from tiny decorated balconies sharing protagonism with vintage stores, pastelerías, cafeterías, old bookshops, wine bars… 

A group of old friends playing cards, youngsters discussing at the edge of the fountains, tourists enjoying a glass of champagne… this is El Born, a unique atmosphere where even the XIVth century church Santa Maria de Mar seems to want to go unnoticed just being another spectator of the show. 

Notes: 
  • Top notes: Sicilian Lemon, Calabrian Bergamot, Angelica, Honey
  • Mid notes: Fig, Heliotrope, Benzoin from Laos, Egyptian Jasmine
  • Base notes: VMadagascan Vanilla Absolute, Peru Balsam, Australian Sandalwood, Musk
The wood accord, one of the most sensual and intriguing notes, has a presence in each creation, and is visually represented in the solid wood cap of the bottles, which are crafted from sustainably managed European forested lumber.
The Perfumer: Daniela Andrier 
In 1989, after having studied philosophy, Daniela entered the Givaudan Fine Fragrance School in Grasse. Two years later she became the assistant to Edouard Fléchier. In 1991 she joined the Fine Fragrance team in Givaudan Paris where she realized her greatest successes. Creations: Infusion de Tuberuse Prada (2010), Zegna Intenso Zegna (2007), Le Monde est Beau Kenzo (2005), Pierre de Lune Armani Privé (2004), Atraction Lancome (2003), Gucci Rush for Men (2000), Contradiction Calvin Klein (1997), Very Valentino Arden (1997).

Great scent.

Really enjoy this scent, however it doesn’t seem to be as long lasting as I’d like. Very interested in trying Sanford 70s based on the overwhelming positives from this scent alone however.
