FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders totalling $100+ excluding shipping and applicable taxes (this applies to orders shipping to Canadian addresses ONLY). All order are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Service. Our shipping rates are inclusive of GST/HST and are as follows:
Orders $100 or more: FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Canada
Orders $50-$99: $4.99 shipping anywhere in Canada
Orders less than $50: $9.99 shipping anywhere in Canada
NOTE: These rates are subject to change without notice. masc makes every effort to get your order to you as fast as possible, however, masc does not guarantee on-time delivery of any order as carrier delays or other events which may occur once the order has left our hands are beyond our control.
ORDER PROCESSING
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.?Orders placed on holidays and or weekends usually ship on the following business day. Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.?Note: delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
If, for any reason Canada Post corrects your provided shipping address they will apply a charge to your shipping cost which we will add to your order. Please note that we will do this independently of our free shipping offer. If Canada Post returns your package to us due to an incorrect address, the customer pays all shipping costs to re-ship customers package to corrected address or pays for actual shipping costs of initial shipment.
RETURNS
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY. If any of your products arrive damaged, or with visible defects, please contact us immediately. Damages and defects not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. masc accepts returns within 15 days of receipt on unopened, unused and in-resalable-condition merchandise, less all shipping costs. This includes the cost of free shipping if your order was originally shipped under the FREE SHIPPING offer. All samples need to be returned unopened & unused if the ENTIRE order is being returned. Unfortunately and without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items (due to health regulations). If you would like to return an unused/unopened item please email orders@shopmasc.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and for return/exchange information. Please have available the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process this in a timely fashion. All return authorizations are valid for no more than fifteen (15) days. Returned merchandise must be received within the fifteen (15) day time period. Shipping costs of returned goods is the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed by masc. Please pack merchandise securely and send it via an insured & traceable method such as UPS, Fedex or Canada Post. All items must be received in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused items, if approved, we will email a refund confirmation for the cost of the merchandise less all applicable shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise has been received by masc. Please allow up to 5 days for the processing of your return once we receive it.
BACKORDERS (OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS)
We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, there may be instances in which an item offered for sale on the website is not in stock. If you choose to purchase an item that is indicated as out of stock, you will be notified of this by email when we receive your order. We will advise you of the estimated restock date and request confirmation of your choice of a refund or exchange, or for the backordered item(s) to be shipped separately when they are in stock (additional shipping & handling charges may apply).
CURRENCY & TAXES
All prices are in CAD currency and all orders are processed in CAD currency. masc is required by Federal Law and Provincial Law to collect GST and PST where applicable. Shipments to customers in BC are subject to 5% GST and 7% PST. Shipments to New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Nova Scotia are subject to 13% HST. Shipments to all other Canadian provinces are subject to 5% GST only. All shipping charges are subject to 5% GST or 13% HST for New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Nova Scotia. masc reserves the right to change these policies/terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

When you submit your order to masc, your browser will pass information securely to our secure servers. This technology offers the best protection for your data from being stolen or intercepted while being sent through our servers. To further protect your information, credit card information is not stored in a database once your order has been processed.
